I'm just going to answer the questions some of you may be wondering 1.yes you can apply it to the ends of your hair while it's dry or wet 2. It's not heavy, it is not greasy, it will not weigh down fine or thin hair 3. It minimizes frizz 4. It is fragranced but it's not over powering I haven't had a cut in a while so it's been taking down the split ends and frizz until I can get the damage chopped off. I've been really liking this product so far.
