Love this toner! 2nd time buying it.Very hydrating and I have enjoyed the COSRX line.

I think is toner is best for hydrating the skin i bought this for my mom since she has a very dry skin and i too use it on the days my skin feel dry.

Non-sticky has no smell, and soothing product. This is my third bottle, and I would repurchase it.

Still didn't try it I think its good from what I heard.

It has propolis ingredient which is very good to dry rough skin.

re purchased this so many times. love this toner, been using it for a while. It softens and moisturizes the skin.

It does hydrate and moisturize, but the tacky feeling it leaves kind of bothers me.

This is my forever favorite toner! And this is my second repurchase of this toner. I have normal skin and it works amazingly for me, it’s so hydrating and southing. My sister have a combination to oily skin and it works very well for her too

This is my third bottle. Very moisturizing toner and adds a nice glow to my skin. I love how it makes my skin look healthy and dewy but not oily. It's a little sticky but it absorbs quickly.
