It's a gel like consistency and my eyelashes feel wet and hydrated if that makes any sense. I usually apply either immediately after a shower or 20-30 mins before bed. Only thing i've noticed so far is less of my eyelashes are falling out.

OMG FINALLY A lash serum that works and DOES NOT feel oily or bad or give any bad reaction, it legit works SO WELL. I already finished 1 and am using a 2nd one I took photos and my lashes improve and became longer!!! First time in my life I also used it on my lower lashes and they look longer too!
