The three metal thingy feel weird. The gel comes out the side of the metal ball. It does feel cool at first, but if you use the roller around your eye area it will warm up. It's an okay product.

This kept going on sale, and so I bought it for a second time. Nice as a serum prior to eye cream. I don’t know if it’s helpful in terms of collagen and pluming, but works great as an extra step in depuffing/hydration in the morning or when you’re a little puffy.
