I don't know how many times I've repurchased this set since it is so effective in getting rid of my acne. But I think they've upgraded the packaging of the acne cream now, instead of the plastic tube, it is more like an aluminum tube

The acne spot patch are super thin and sticks very well! However, I feel like they are on a smaller side in comparison to other pimple patches. The important part is that they work in reducing the size of your pimple or making the pimple completely go away!
