Excellent balm. Effective but easy on the skin. Only 4 stars as it's somewhat hard to spread (but only a minor issue). Otherwise it's a great product. I've repurchased several times.

I don't get the hype around this product. It doesn't remove makeup. It's very difficult to emulsify. You just get bits rubbing around on your face. Terrible.

This my holy grail item I feel like it works so well to remove all my makeup, eyelash glue and mascara just everything. I also use the cleaning by itself even when I am not wearing makeup to take off debris off my skin such as sebum and other stuff in my face. I feel it leaves my skin looking smoother and clearer after removing the sebum’s.

A must-try! This is a Holy Grail cleansing balm for me. Effective, lightweight and easy to remove while still being gentle enough to not damage your skin barrier.

Heimish All clean balm 120ml. Good for cleansing thick make-up, hypoallergenic ingredients included for sensitive skin type. Balm Type Cleanser but when it touches water, the texture is changed to oil cleanser such as Sherbet type. This make up remover is fantastic! I have very sensitive and delicate skin so I'm very careful about what I use on it. I just put a small amount of this remover on my hand, soak it on my face even eyes for a few seconds, make one swipe and that's it! The gel eyeliner, foundation, and mascara are all gone. There's no tugging on the super delicate area and no residue left behind and all my eyelashes are intact! I would buy this in a gallon size if it was offered. Removes everything, except hydration! Most makeup removers cause irritation to my skin, but I've never had that problem with this product. Gently removes even the most long-lasting makeup and leaves skin feeling soft and protected.

July Favorite Cleaning balm: using it for double cleaning Good for removing heavy make-up, with hypoallergenic elements for sensitive skin. When it comes into contact with water, the texture changes to that of an oil cleaner, such as Sherbet. This makeup remover is amazing! I have really sensitive skin, so I'm very careful about what I put on it. I simply dab a tiny quantity of this remover on my fingers, blot it on my face and eyes for a few seconds, then swipe it away! The gel eyeliner, foundation, and mascara are no longer present. There is no pulling on the extremely sensitive region, no residue is left behind, and all of my eyelashes are intact! If it was available in a gallon size, I would buy it.
