When I opened it I’ve noticed how oily it was, which makes me so happy. My skin is very dry, and that’s exactly what I need. It cleans perfectly everything on my face, nice product.

It cleans off the most waterproof make up so easily.

Unfortunately, most balms contain microplastics which are harmful for the environment.

Does not sting eyes. Melts makeup pretty well. Doesn’t make skin too oily after washing off with warm water. Will definitely buy more than once.

This one is quite a powerful one to remove makeup. it is a balm but if you add it with bit of waiter it will become oil melt and take away all the dirt which finally is removed when you rinse it off. Only thing is it is quite heavy to carry around when travelling.

I am in love with this. Even my japanese brand mascara that my bioderma micellar water can not remove, this remove it easily. I find myself using it more than my bioderma which i absolutely loving alot. I highly recommend this for girl that love full glam look.

This is my 3rd purchase of this product, it's the only product I use to take off my makeup and/or sunscreen every night as the 1st step cleanse. I love this balm: the texture, the way it takes off even waterproof makeup and does all that it in a very gentle and almost therapeutic way.

I will never use another makeup remover as long as this exists. Cuts through heavy layers of foundation and gets my skin super clean and fresh. Love it

I have not tried the banilla zero clean, so I can't make any comparisons. But out of all the oil/solid cleansers or makeup removers, this has been my favorite. It completely removes my makeup, and it doesn't leave a weird residue on my skin after I've rinsed it off with water or foam cleanser.
