Love the mask. It’s amazing for calming your skin especially when ur skin is irritated. For me mask has always been a bit iffy when there’s too much essence , and your face just feels too (hydrated?) like just too much, but for this mask it’s just perfect. It absorb a good amount yet still have just good amount left on your skin where you can pat it in your skin to be absorbed quickly.

This face mask is very soothing and moisturizes my faces very well. It doesn't cause my already irritated/ itchy face to become even more irritated and actually seems to calm it down.

Used this in winter time when I had bad breakouts, cant say healed immediately but moisturized the area

This is a good cooling and calming sheet mask when left in the fridge and used with a ice cooler (a tool that is kept frozen and can be used on top of the sheet mask or on bare skin for the cooling effect) especially in the hot and humid summer when my face gets irritated easily.

I was sceptical, since I'm not a big fan of Benton, but this one really works and visibly calms down the troubled skin
