I have very sensitive/reactive skin and often need something to calm down skin. I like these. They have a fragrance, but it doesn't irritate my skin and it smells pretty nice. The pads do change into a light brown color as it gets exposed to air. But, it took about a year after I opened it to change color. I like the little tweezers that come with it. And there's so much essence in the pot!

Although I did end up using it for something completely different which had great results...removing hair dye stains which was AMAZING thus 4 stars. If you have really sensitive dry rosacea skin type this may not be the right product as I felt it wasn't soothing and irritated my skin. It sat in my bathroom for weeks until one day when I was dyeing hair on a whim I used this to remove color stains (professional not hair box) on my arms and it worked! Thereafter it's been my to go to; I probably would only repurchase of it's on sale for that purpose only and not what it's intended for.

These are my all-time favorite. I bought so many before this one and I will continue buying it. Even my kids started digging in.

These soothing pads are truly amazing. You can use them after you wash your face before toner or instead of your toner. Also you can use it even after putting a cream on your face. I tried them so many different ways and every time it left my skin Feeling amazing and moisturized.

These are SUPER soaked in a very lightly watery essence/serum. I LOVE that about this. However, the pads themselves are really thin and small. Because they're so thing, I prefer to use them as a mini sheet mask (they are super soft) when my face is inflamed and needs some soothing. But since the pads are so small, you have to use a lot of them. The first time, I accidentally grabbed 2 pads, not realizing that i picked up more than 1. Overall, I like the essence/serum that it's soaked in, but b/c of the usability factor (more appropriate as a mask than as a toner d.t pads being small, and the fact that they're so thin), I'm going to try and find a different pad instead.

The cotton it self was too thin when i use it as a toner on my face but apart from that it was good

I love products with azulene, and these were perfect! I have been using these as my first step after actives to gently wipe off an residue or dead skin and they are so hydrating too! I like to use this as a toner patch sometimes on especially irritated skin.
