Overall, it's ok. Since I use multiple serums and ampoules at a time, it's hard to assess the effectiveness of this product alone. Since I have hormonal, acne prone skin, I tend to look for soothing skincare items. This ampoule is very lightweight.

Good serum but annoying dropper. Very light texture

This serum is soothing and does what it says, hydrates and calms. It’s not my favourite soothing toner but I also have spots snd need my serums to do a bit more. For those who like simple snd moisture balancing toners for a reasonable price.

I bought this after looking up the ingredients first. I have acne prone skin and this product ticked all the boxes for me. Excited to try it out!

This ampoule is nice for a super hydrating layer and I love the ingredients list (centella asiatica, panthenol, etc) and the formula! I have extremely sensitive skin that gets irritated and itchy very easily and this did not aggravate it or sting my skin so I was happy with that!

This has a light scent and texture and lighter than the acne clearing serum which is great and the application is easy and absorption rate is even better than the latter one and i feel like this one has better acne clearing power comparing to the clearing acne serum which is a little bizarre since this one is targeted to calm active blemishes not to clear it right away tq

this is a great ampoule to use in the summer for acne/combination skin. the consistency is very watery, and is perfect to use in the summer! I would say it is not hydrating enough to use in the winter, but it is perfect to use in the summer to not clog your pores! it is very fast absorbing highly recommend

I use this at night and it has slowly helped with my acne issues.

This product is very watery, and is definitely too light for dry skin, but for people with combination/oily skin, I recommend using this during the summer! It is not greasy or oily at all, and feels very much like water, and is very hydrating, but not overwhelming or pore-clogging. For the winter time, you may need to layer this with another serum or ampoule to help with bumping up hydration levels. For people with dry skin, I recommend a different serum/ampoule that is a bit thicker in consistency! I have sensitive, acne-prone, combo skin and had no problem with breakouts with this product! 

I was excited to try this thinking it'll be good for my dry and sensitive skin but it seems to do nothing. If anything, I might have more impurities with my skin after using this product. I would use the propolis line instead.

I like the texture in this product is soft
