Hydrating in a semi-jelly/thick liquid texture that I like the scent of (like the scented haruharu wonder toner). It dispenses product using a pump. However, when my skin got chemical burns, the lavender oil scent/fragrance further irritated my skin.

I didn't think I would like it at first but it exceeded expectations! It's good, very good actually, moisturizing and has a nice texture on the skin. I also love the feel of my face after applying it, it feels great. I also noticed that it gives me a great shine.

Using this with the toner leaves my skin feeling nicely hydrated, although I prefer the Missha essence
