I like this toner but it’s not as hydrating as I want it to be. I give it a 4/5 and i may not be repurchasing

I liked and used this entire toner, and I found it to be pretty well moisturizing. I’m not so sure about any barrier soothing effects as I was using it in conjunction with several other products that have similar claims. It’s a little heavier than some other toners, but not necessarily sticky, at least in my dry climate. I’ve been enjoying using active in the toning step, but if I wanted one without I would purchase this again. I think it would be a good toner for the winter time too specifically

I love this, i always will. The ampoule and the toner are great for my skin, leaves me looking radiant and healthy. No irritation, just a beautiful look.
