I used to try this twice before, I think. This time I even bought for my mom to try as well. Before, the taste was good - the sourness and sweetness could be adjusted by adding more water. But this time, it’s just too sour and leaves a weird taste in my mouth. The effects are not as good as before. It does not really help me get rid of the greasy food effects I have just eaten. My mom doesn’t like the taste either. So I unlikely to buy this again. I may try another brand and taste.

These have improved my gut health and they taste great. Recommend them in the various flavors they come in. I always get them if they are on a time deal when I’m shopping.

I love Teazen kombucha. I love that it comes in individual packets that you can take on the go. The berry flavor is a little sweet with a tart bite. I have found some kombucha to be a little to bubbly and left me feeling bloated but with this brand I’ve had none of those issues. I think this has really helped with my gut health. You can normally find these on the time deal for a good price.
