I personally don’t quite understand, what it does, other than really cool down my face when I am feeling hot/irritated (as in when my face flares up) I feel like it might be too soft for my extremely dry skin and maybe combo and oily skin people would benefit much more. Overall, not a bad product, but not essential in the winter for me personally. I really appreciate how you can easily split a single pad in two, rather than use 2 pads Will work perfectly in the summer, after some tanning session
