This is a good toner for both AM and PM routine. It replenishes moisture very well without tacky finish. I usually use 2 layers of this in the morning and 3 ish layers in the night care depending on skin condition.

Easy to apply with your hands. Quickly hydrates my skin and leaves a natural glow. I haven't used it long enough to know if it's safe for acne prone skin, but the ingredients rates well on COSDNA.
