I’ve ordered this espoir lipstick in #4 shade, but sadly that it ran out of stock. So they’ve sent an email to me to confirm the outstock of lipstick,which is really thoughtful of them. So I informed them to switch the color to washed berry cuz it is same price and sent with the exact screenshot of what I want. The package take so long to come (seem fine to me, cuz I knew it take time). But when it came, it was a nude color instead. I’m so disappointed.
