Yummy and travel friendly. Does an okay job as a meal replacement, feel like I would actually be full drinking 1.5 pouches, but overall a decent shake to have on hand. the packaging is cute as well and sturdy enough that i've used it as a water bottle when i left my reusable one at home.

I think the appeal for this is when you don't want to bring your own blender bottle with protein powder and don't want something to wash afterward. With this, you can just add water, then throw the package.

Delicious! It has some crunchy bits which are so satisfying. I pour out into a cup because the pouch is too small for the amount of milk I use. My favorite flavor for sure

It was sweet and fulfilling. It contained small cereals that added texture to the deliciousness. Good portion as well. It wouldn’t replace a meal but it would certainly kill fatigue and hunger. Love it!

ah who doesn't love injeolmi! I felt full after drinking one pouch even with just using water it's very creamy and tasty. This is my favorite flavor out of all the options. The only problem is it's kinda expensive.

The shakes are too sweet and not a fan of the flavor of it.

It is slightly too sweet but I added more milk so that it was more diluted. It is on the pricey side but I have no compliants about taste

It's a good meal replacement I they whey protein texture in this case taste good. I usually don't like protein shakes but I this was delicious. Did it need 12g of sugar? probably not but I didn't mind it

It's definitely overpriced but tastes good. A one time purchase. It had like 5 pieces of crunchy bits. Now if they had like a tub of this I'd probably buy that.
