   Out of matte lip tints, it's pretty good. Anything matte is inevitably going to be drying, but it's pretty okay with lip balm under. Definitely blurring.

    I have the two colors in Pomelo and Warming Up. Both great colors and are great base colors however it does not last long. It is fairly hydrating for a matte formula however it does dries up your lips.
