This toner is hydrating. I really like layering because the texture is watery, even if you tap it it absorbs well, you don't need to use cotton. Contains sugarcane extract as well which helps with blemishes. Layering this series makes the skin well moisturized and deeply hydrated. The skin becomes plump and glowing. This has an essence like texture but I like to use this with a cotton round and apply it like a toner. It soothes my irritated skin and reduces my redness after cleansing while leaving my skin feeling hydrated. I like that it has no scent because I’m sensitive to heavy fragrances. Doesn’t feel sticky after application. Perfect for sensitive skin that need some deep hydration.
