I got this to help out with some hair shedding due to illness and cycle changes. I liked how it made my hair look. You only need a very small amount and don't even need conditioner afterwards if you have fine hair like me. However, the smell is SOOOOOOO strong. They need to make an unscented version. Slight folliculitis break out, but if my hair dried before it touched my chest I did not. This is a frequent problem for me, so I don't blame the shampoo, but it's not the most sensitive product. I haven't been able to use it frequently enough to tell if it helps with hair growth or lessening shed due to the smell.
