The celimax Dual Barrier Creamy Toner, as the name suggested is a milky toner with a watery-slightly viscous consistency with a bit of weight/creaminess to it (so tricky to explain!). All in all, it looks slightly viscous when I poured it on to my hands, but feels creamy when I touched it with my fingers. Everyone has probably tried at least one cream toner right? Before this I've tried the one from brand 'L' and in comparison the one from celimax feels 'thicker' but less emollient imo. But the celimax still feels really moisturizing!
The toner seeped deep into my skin, moisturized but doesn't make my skin feels suffocating. It's also great for 'skipcare' or when you just want a minimalist routine as using a few layers of this after cleansing and topping it off with a cream would be enough for some people.
