I would use this product once a week or every other week. It has a really strong herbal smell that's not that great, but it was effective. I still prefer the AMPLE:N Pumpkin Enzyme over this though.

It helps smoothen your skin but it doesn’t work that well in the function as exfoliator. It doesn’t really get rid of my dead skin, so I use it together with another product.

This is a good mask if you are looking for something natural and herbal for combination skin. It is not too harsh on the skin but I do double cleanse after to ensure all the mask has been removed.
