I have never had this happen with any mascara before- It won't come off my lashes. I have tried mycellar water, cleansing balm, cleansing oil, mild cleansers, harsh cleansers and it's not even half off. I just had 2 coats and it was super clumpy so it didn't even look good. I have lost so many lashes trying to get this stuff off and my eyes are red and so irritated. Used once and have to throw away. Worst mascara ever. Also, they won't offer a refund, and this was the only Korean skincare outlet where I've been charged duties. There are way better stores.
