It has a very strong taste to it and I’m not that fond of it. I’m sure it works as it says I just have to get past the taste.

I got these a few weeks back to see if it could help boost my energy levels but it didn't do anything. The flavor is also very sweet, almost repugnant - I had to chase it with water every time.
