This product has been really helpful with my stomach bloating. Highly recommeded

I bought it thinking it was halal but it isn't so I couldnt even try it - I gave it away to my non-muslim friends.

Tastes great, especially, when chilled. Curbs appetite well and helps keep the weight off. Lost about 7 pounds so far over the last 16 days - granted, I only eat 1 main meal a day and do not exercise often. Normal, regular bowel movement and minimal mental status changes. Overall, I enjoy this product and would recommend it for others that need help with weight management.

The taste is okay. I'm saving them for heavy carb meals to curb appetite. I've tried it twice and I'm not sure if it made any difference. It didn't upset my stomach however.
