I believe it is really nourishing and I’m. It sure yet if I used a lot but the hair even after blow drying which I don’t do a lot still feels a bit sticky. It does give the hair a lot of shine. Since it is a no si g serum I think I’ll just keep on using it before going to bed or in the morning before showering if I have sufficient time. I have also tried the shampoo and the treatment and they are both really good.
