How to use

After applying toner, dispense 2-3 drops and apply to the entire face. Gently pat for better absorption.

Gentle for the neck
I am able to use this on my neck without irritation, so happy. Has a plasticky smell that goes away right away, a runny yellow liquid that does not stain my collar. I wish this were a bigger bottle ❤️
