Illyoon created a Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream that was dermatested in Germany at the International Contact Dermatitis Research Group. According to this group, the Illyoon cream is safe enough for the entire family, including babies. It works to protect your skin barrier & prevents collagen loss. This cream is also chemical free & fragrance free. I found the Illyoon cream to really help out my dry skin. It absorbed almost immediately into my skin. The cream was extremely soothing. I thought my skin looked completely hydrated after just one use. I did not detect any fragrance. The suggested use is before bed or right after a shower. Before bed, use allows it to work overnight while you sleep. This way, you can wake up to velvety smooth skin. Exfoliating in the shower will allow the cream to absorb even better. After using this cream, I can completely understand why they claim it can be used on any member of the family daily. I would absolutely use it on my kids.

Ok this is like a multi use cream. I used it for my body and as a night cream after applying my toner and serum and it worked really well. It's very moisturizing and not so heavy. The texture of the cream is really nice and thick, I've never seen other skincare products have such thick consistency before, and it doesn't gloop everywhere at all (it's practically solid until you smooth it out lol), I was hoping it would be a great occlusive for my skin but I've tried it a couple of time so far and I don't think my skin likes it. I think my skin is actually dry which causes it to overproduce sebum, but the formulation of this cream seems to make me break out more idek why. Maybe it clogs my pores or something, or it could be that I'm trying a new skincare routine right now who knows.

Although I love them all, I think Illiyoon is the cheapest in terms of the quantity in this very large 200ml tube! I’m Korea, many people use this Illiyoon cream on the body, but this can also be used on the face. I bought this through the RSG program to try. Even without RSG, the price is very reasonable considering the amount you get. You can use this for your face or body; however, I've been primarily using it for my face. What attracted me to it are the ceramides in the formula. I used this after a skin treatment to help support, hydrate, and strengthen my skin. I do have to say that the product lives up to its claims. It definitely moisturizes deeply and I find that my skin wasn't as red after my skin treatment. It is quite a thick cream (although my creams change in consistency with the weather here in Canada), so I do find that I have to warm it up between my hands first. Other than that, I will definitely be repurchasing this product.

What I first noticed about this cream is that at first it al.ost seemed gritty, but then I realized upon application that goes away and leaves me with super moisturized skin. I have very very dry skin that will absorb most products in seconds. This is the only cream I have found will still be there when I wake up. This is a descent product if you’re looking for a face cream that’ll help you combat harsh dry skin during those cold dry airy months of the year. It has a solid list of ingredients that make it feel heavy and moisturizing for dry skin or even after you was off a clay mask. Plus, it’s rated a 100/100 in the Yuka app, so you know there’s NO ingredients included that could potentially alter a persons endocrine function! My only draw back for this product is the packaging. The tube makes it really difficult to get product out, seeing as you have to quite literally squeeze with both hands at times to get the amount of product you need. Its very thick at the start which i find intimidating because i like to use serums before my moisturizer so i dont like things that will pick up and remove products or mess up the layering i have for my products . it did slightly glide off my face because it was damp. I wouldn't use it as an everyday moisturizer since i have combo skin and prefer lightweight gel moisturizers for daily use but it would be great at night or the days you feel particularly dry. maybe even a body moisturizer. I bought this as part of a care package for a friend. I didn't realize how big the tube would be. When I opened my package, I thought I had purchased a body cream. It will definitely last her a long time. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great product at a great price! (I also bought one for myself and it has been working well for my skin).

I use the lotion (bottle type) year-round but I prefer to use this cream during the dry and cold wintertime when my skin starts to get dry and slightly itchy. It does take a little more rubbing to get the product absorbed, but it's that much more thick and moisturizing. I also absolutely love that it has no scent -- I hate when my lotion mixes with my perfume!

Been using this for a couple weeks. I love how hydrating and moisturizing it is. Does not feel oily but I think it’s best for people with dry or combination skin type. It’s good for dry and sensitive skin, but I can see how it may feel like it’ll be too much for someone that has oily type skin.

This moisturizer is a little too thick for me to use on my face however I been loving using it on my body since I tend to have dry skin during the fall/winter time. It's a medium weight moisturizer with a nice finish, no stickiness. Glad there is only one silicone ingredient and that it's formulated for sensitive skin. Would recommend

The ceramide line of illiyoon is legit the best moisturizer I have tried so far. Ceramide is very important for moisterization and skin barrier. And this cream bring amazing results for which ceramide is well known. My mom and I have been using the body lotion of this illyoon’s ceramide line and have been absolutely obsessed with it. This concentrate cream can of course replace the body lotion.

What I like about the cream: 1. It has no scent, so for those who are sensitive to this can use with ease. 2. It doesn't cause any issues for my skin (a bit dry and oily). 3. It goes quickly into the skin although it still feels a bit sticky if you touch it a minute after applying. 4. I also used it on my hands and arms, and so far, I can feel that they are softer. What I don't like: 1. It has no scent. Would be great if it smells softly of flowers or something.

Omg this cream is a holy grail. I have dozens of moisturisers (some shamefully expensive)…but this humble tube of cream puts them all to shame. It’s an amazing formulation that my skin just loves. It’s occlusive, but melts into the skin Beautifully, locking in hydration. Super moisturising and great for strengthening the skin barrier - amazing after days spent outside in the sun (wearing SPF, of course!). The dream!

As winter started my skin started to feel very dry and sensitive. I saw this product during RSG and ordered it, been using it for few days now and i can see a huge difference in the dryness. It just skins into the skin and doesn’t feel greasy at all. A must have product if you have dry-combination skin, i think it might be little heavy for oily skin. Ceramides are one of my fav products to combat dry skin as it’s an effective lipid in repairing the skin barrier. As we age, our skin tends to get thinner and dryer as lipid production decreases. I’ve seen how just an application of ceramide cream made a difference to dry flaky skin. So, I would pounce on a ceramide cream bargain when I see one. I’ve seen Illiyoon’s ceramide cream all over social media and thought I’ll try it instead of my normal PyunKang Yul one. I still gravitate towards the later and hence I gave this a 4/5 star. However, this one still soothe my dry skin and also made it super soft. I used it on my face as well as my body and found that my skin absorbs it well. There was no fragrance and it does not leave my skin feeling oily or sticky. I also applied it to the kids who have eczema and it really worked wonders. The ceramides works by reinforcing the skin barrier and helps lock in moisture, which also helps with itch besides dryness. Ceramides are life savers!

This moisturizer was so thick and creamy, but it wasn’t greasy and melted into my skin. During the winter, my skin gets very dry and my T Zone gets really greasy when I try to apply other creamy moisturizers, but this product didn’t grease up my Tzone. Also love it on my dry neck! It is very thick and solid, but the occlusive-ness helps lock in your skincare routine and make sure you are well hydrated with this as a final moisturizer. I do think it's too heavy for those with oily skin, but it works very well in the winter and in dryer climates!

Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Cream Concentrate is very thick and moisturizing. It's not particularly greasy either once it dries down. I like to use it on my hands, elbows, knees, and feet or very dry areas. I am a Microbiologist that washes her hands frequently before and after lab work which dries my hands out. I used to use a more greasy cream, but this is better and more cost effective. I will continue to use and purchase.

wanted to try this after using the ceramide lotion, it's def thicker and balmier, leaves a nice thick ceramide layer on skin that's a little sticky/tacky but doesn't seem like it'll transfer to much, no smell, good sized tube, ive been looking for an occlusive winter moisturizer for my sensitive, dry skin that's not as greasy as vaseline and I think I found it! #readysetglow #rsg

I use this for face and for body. This has a thick creamy consistency. It is very easy to apply and absorbs quickly. The ingredient list is very minimal but packed with great ingredients; of course there is the good old ceramide and tons of moisturizing ingredients. It also have ginseng root extra and perilla seed extract which are great antioxidants! There is no scent or fragrance. I have used this cream before and this is a cream I tend reach for when my skin is irritated and dry and also for my nighttime routine as the last step in my skin routine to seal in all the moisturizers.

I’ve been in love with ILLIYOON on their sheet mask. But never every try their product line. The fist time I squeeze the cream on hand, it is so lightweight, soft and low concentrated which not going to clog my pore. The bottle design is so cute. Overall it pretty sure was a best cream and worth to buy. I alway have a thing for bottle moisturizer and this one is just chef kiss.
