Description

A watery-gel based toner that replenishes skin with lightweight hydration formulated with Cica and Manuka honey from New Zealand. Refreshes and hydrates the skin to better absorb the rest of your skincare.

How To Use

1. Apply Cicamanu Toner over face and neck using your palms or a cotton pad after cleansing.
2. Gently pat onto skin for a better absorption.

viscous!
i am a huge fan of the parnell cicamanu serum, so i wanted to give this a try as well. i expected it to be more watery (think the anua 77), but it's actually a VERY viscous liquid. a little goes such a long way with offering hydration! it does remind me of the serum in that sense (which is also thick) very excited to keep using this
