It's doing... something
I've taken a whole 2 week pack and think it's had some effect on my weight loss. I've been working on getting healthier (moving more, eating my veggies etc) and have steadily gone from 195 lbs to 185 lbs with diet and exercise changes. It's been a couple months without changing my routine (still exercising and eating balanced meals) so I wanted to add something to get me past the plateau. This helped me get down to 183 lbs over the 2 weeks. I don't think it's magic by any means but it seems worth a try if you're in a similar situation of wanting to break through a period of stalled progress. I can tell it's doing something/possibly working because I wake up super thirsty/dehydrated feeling the morning after taking it. Still doing my own research and planning to buy more to get a better sense of if it actually works. The packing is +/- every pill comes in its own plastic/aluminium satchet which feels wasteful, but is nice to throw in my bag when i have overnight work shifts
