Extremely hot
I used it 4 times and every time, I regret using it!! It's HOT and stings badly. I had to wipe it off twice when I thought I put too much; hence it's extremely hot. I thought initially I had some reaction. I have a reasonable pain threshold, but this one is beyond acceptable. The burning sensation goes away after 15 minutes. I don't think this will tone the skin. It's going to the bin, unfortunately. Not for me

I’ve been using it and it really makes you sweat, but I didn’t like its consistency it’s really sticky . In relation to whether it makes you lose any size or weight, I have not seen any change with constant use , I guess it will help someone who does 5 to 6 days a week exercise..
