I don’t really know if this helped with my belly but I can say I could be allergic to what the ingredients are because I bought two and I thought this could actually helped me with my belly. Not really made my belly really itchy I can’t refund this neither so don’t recommend read the ingredients first too. I regret purchasing two bottles of these but this hot burning body gel is very big and it’s cheap so that’s alright. I can give it to someone else to try.
