I use this essence as a 2nd step in my skincare routine in the morning before I layer toners/essences as my 3rd step. It really helps keep my skin plump and moisturised which is perfect for the changing summer weather here in UK. I do believe it helps my active breakouts heal faster as my breakouts don't last a long time.
