Are my pimples too big???

Everyone raves about these so I had to buy some. Followed the instructions, applied it on clean, dry skin and... not much happened. Fell off the next day. Not sure if my pimples are too hardcore or if I'm doing something wrong??

Can't live without these!
Love love love!!! Alwyas so excited to peel these off in the morning. The redness subsides, it extracts the pimple and really heals the skin so much faster without leaving a scar!
