At first, I only use toner by spraying to all over my face. But, I do not see any results.
Then, a few weeks ago I started using a cotton pad to apply it to the entire face. This toner can actually clean my face because I saw my cotton pad becomes dirty. Even when I do not wear any makeup though. My skin is now no longer dull and feels very smooth.
