Smudges a little but WORKS
It opened my eyes and looks beautifl, but it did smudge like crazy after my 12. 5 hr shift

The packaging must have re-designed. I like the new design anyway. The applicator is perfect and works well. I am always happy with peripera products.

so hard to get off

Personally I didn't like this because it was suuuper hard to get off. If you are looking for a ridiculously waterproof Mascara though you might want to try this one out.
