10.20.18 Favorite for my toner
I have these and the Huxley 5 layer ones, and I honestly prefer these for my toner. I don’t usually need the 5 layers. If I need more than one I just pick up how many I need together and pour my cleansing water on top, and they all end up soaked perfectly. They’re very gentle as well.
