Got these bc they were on sale and I needed more cotton pads. I do agree it makes me use 1/3 of my toner. I do agree with the last review that they do sometimes roll up on me and it can be a bit annoying.

For how many pads you get with the price I will say is amazing. These cotton pads really do as they claim, I do use only 1/3 of my toner than before. But for me they felt a little small (size wise) in my hand. Also sometimes as I'm wiping my face the cotton pad will begin to roll up on me. It can be annoying but not a deal breaker by any means. Also I will say these are great for use as a quick DIY toner pack. The thin pads are perfect for your serum to be put on for your face I plan to repurchase these.
