Thin and Good quality

I’ve been using it for a while and I kept rephrase it again and again. It’s so good and thin that it doesn’t require a lot of toner. It helps to save up my toner. 

Decent Cotton Pads But Very Thin
The cotton pads are good quality but relatively thin, I find that using 1 pad of my toner even just a little bit oversoaks it and it becomes flimsy. I had to double or triple up in order to use it to apply my toner correctly. I wouldn't buy this again.
