If you wanted hydrating, moisturizing, or anything along those lines... This isn't it. It doesn't particularly dry out the lips but when I use this (as opposed to nothing) I notice my dry lips more than usual... But they don't feel drier... It's hard to explain. But the packaging and color is cute. The color is also more on the sheer side (you can build it up to a certain extent) but it doesn't last long.
