It comes well packed, with a sealed tub and you get a nice little spatula for separating single patches. The patches fit nicely, I haven't felt any burning or discomfort when I accidentaly got some of the product into my eye so it's not agressive to your skin and my under eye area is smoother. I definitely notice the difference and I don't even use the patches every day.
