I have tried lots of acne patches in the past. They get the job done but I find that they can flake off and don't create a good seal. There are thinner than the cosrx patches in the red packaging. My faves are the ones by some by mi.

These clear fit pimple patches are super thin and unnoticeable. I use these when I am going out and it blends well. One suggestion is to bring these with you since they are thinner and have less "sucking" power compared to the originals. They'll turn white and you'd want to replace it.
