Way thinner acne patches compared to the original (red packaging), they're meant to be under makeup, but I don't feel like it's really that invisible. I rather wear it without makeup during the day. They come in one size only, so that's one downside compared to the original.

Very thin, thin enough to wear outside and not be noticed so much. However the downside is that there’s only one size - small. This is one reliable brand though as this never fails to do its job. Love these patches.
