04.17.24 I bought this to use over make up but the application is so slow compared to any SPF sun stick. I also feel like a stick is more hygienic because it can be simply wiped at night. So nice product but I won’t be buying this again bc of ease of use.
04.14.24 2 star: Does not meet expectations
Background: I chose this product because I wanted a convenient, easy, on-the-go, colorless sun protection topper on the way home from work. I am comfortable applying normal sunscreen from a tube before going out therefore needed a quick touch up for the 1-hr commute home since I don't want to cleanse my face and reapply sunscreen in the office.
Process: 10-15 minutes before heading out the door, I pat the product on and do a gentle swipe if anywhere looks a bit uneven.
Pros: Provides sun protection. Compact packaging does the job and has a cushion and mirror. Is not a foundation. Cost effective.
Cons: 40 minutes to 1 hr in, product retains a white cast that does not fade into the skin but my oil prone skin looks oilier, not in the glowy way. If I apply too much product or if I'm having a troubled skin day, applying this cusion feels too heavy and I feel the need to wash it off immediately.
Conclusion: It did the job but will not buy again. Did not enjoy the results. Does not seem compatible with my skin type and did not enjoy the unfading white cast.
