I was hoping the product to be more convenient but it turned out to be unfonmfortable. There is a lot more waste than I'd like and the cream formula is too thic for my taste. Opening the sachets it also difficult and made me lazy to use the product.

Small individual packets makes it easier to travel with, and to keep. The texture is thick but spreads very smoothly, I'm only using this during night time and it's keeping me hydrated through winter nights, also using to soothe my skin when it's feeling sensitive. Very light fresh fragrance is a massive plus. Have been using for the past 2 months and no irritation. For ref. Im in my 30s with dry occasionally sensitive skin.
