Though I wouldn't call it a "Miracle Toner", it did help minimize my hormonal acne. I was quite surprised that it wasn't irritating, considering it has 3 types of acids. I think the tea tree oil in it helped my skin. It does have a slight herbal/medicinal scent, which may be from the tea tree oil.
