I used this when my acne is really bad and it does calm my skin immediately just with one use. It is very easy to apply, just place the sheets over the troubled area for about 10 minutes, and the sheet also has cooling effect which helps to soothe my skin. It doesn't have any fragrance and contains anti-bacterial ingredients, so it really does treat acne and is very effective too. Would highly recommend this for acne treatment.
