Because this comes in 100 ml tub, I treat my body with it 2-3 times a week, and use over a retinol serum. It comes with a wide spatchula which is essential, the cream itself is more stretchy than a mucin, but you soon get the hang of it, you need to twirl the applicator to get the product out cleanly. If you place the product at the base of the area you are putting it on and spread it with an upwards motion, not back & forth. It feels heavenly once you’ve finished, I will continue to buy this EGF retinol cream
