I bought this item due to rave reviews. I liked the toner. Consistency of the toner has a bit of slip but not too viscous. I use this by soaking into my cotton pads for a quick 5 mins pack on my face and it does help with brightening dullness of your complexion. I recommend for the good price this is always at.
