Great toner pads that are perfect or on-the-go skincare! I like using these toner pads when traveling for my skincare, or even throwing a few into my bag as 2-in-1 wipe and toner in case I need to touch up my makeup throughout the day. I also just really love Neogen's formulas!

I use it as a toner to soothe my skin. But, I don't think it does much else. Cosrx's calming pads are better in this sense.
